Courgettini with spinach
Spirelli aus Zucchini
mit Spinat
INGREDIENTS:
4 tbsp almond flakes 2 tsp roasted
sesame seeds2 small courgettes
2 tsp sesame oil 2 spring onions cut
into rings1 hot pepper, cut finely
2 cloves garlicjuice of 1 lemon2 hand-
fuls of spinach 4 tbsp tamari (= glu-
ten-free soy sauce)
PREPARATION:
1. Roast the almond flakes to a golden
brown in a dry pan. 2. Roast the sesa-
me seeds in a dry pan and set aside. 3.
Cut the courgettes into strings and set
aside. 4. Heat the sesame oil in a wok
pan and add the spring onions, hot pep-
per and garlic. 5. Sauté for 1 minute. 6.
Add the courgette and the spinach and
sauté for another 1 minute. 7. Mix the
lemon juice and the sesame seeds into
the stir-fry and top off with the almond
flakes. Sprinkle with a dash of tamari.

ZUTATEN:
4 EL Mandelplättchen 2 TL gerösteter
Sesam 2 kleine Zucchini 2 TL Sesamöl
2 Frühlingszwiebeln in Ringe geschnit

ten 1 Chilischote, fein geschnitten
2 Knoblauchzehen Saft einer Zitrone
2 Handvoll Spinat 4 EL Tamari (= gluten
-
freie Sojasoße)
ZUBEREITUNG:
1. Rösten Sie die Mandelplättchen ohne
Zugabe von Öl in einer Pfanne gold
-
braun. 2. Rösten Sie den Sesam ohne
Zugabe von Öl in einer Pfanne und
stellen Sie sie ihn beiseite. 3. Schneiden
Sie die Zucchini in Streifen und stellen
Sie sie beiseite. 4. Erhitzen Sie das Se
-
samöl in einem Wok und geben Sie die
Frühlingszwiebeln, die Chilischote und
den Knoblauch hinzu. 5. Braten Sie dies 1
Minute lang an. 6. Geben Sie die Zucchi
-
ni und den Spinat hinzu und braten Sie
nochmals alles für 1 Minute. 7. Mischen
Sie den Zitronensaft und den Sesam
unter das Wokgemüse und dekorieren
Sie es mit den Mandelplättchen. Geben
Sie einen Schuss Tamari darüber.
