GLACE AU CHOCOLAT
150 g de sucre
150 g de cacao ou de chocolat fondant
3 jaunes d’oeufs
2 dl de lait
2 dl de crème fraîche
1 sachet de sucre vanillé
Faites fondre le chocolat dans (ou mélangez le cacao à) un peu de lait. Préparez
ensuite la glace comme décrit sous «Crème glacée (préparation à chaud)». Ajoutez-y
le chocolat fondu. Mélangez bien le tout. Laissez refroidir le mélange, puis versez-le
dans la machine à crème glacée.
Temps de préparation: +/- 30 minutes
GLACE MOKA
2 tasses de café très fort (ou 2 cuilléres à soupe de café soluble)
1 cuillère à soupe de cacao
2 jaunes d’oeufs
150 g de sucre
2 dl de crème fraîche
3 dl de lait
Préparez la glace de façon identique que la «Crème glacée (préparation à froid)».
Ajoutez le cacao et le
café en n de préparation. Mélangez bien le tout et versez ensuite le mélange dans la
machine à crème glacée.
Temps de préparation: +/- 30 minutes
GLACE AUX FRUITS (melons, abricots, cerises, etc)
400 g de fruits au choix
1 blanc d’oeuf
100 g de sucre
1 dl de lait
1 dl de crème fraîche
jus de citron
Mélangez les fruits avec le sucre et la crème fraîche. Lorsque le mélange est
homogène, ajoutez-y le lait, le blanc d’oeuf monté en neige et éventuellement un peu
