HOE GEBRUIKT U DE BALLONGARDE
Gebruik de ballongarde enkel voor
slagroom, het kloppen van eiwit en
kant-en-klare desserten.
1. Duw de ballongarde in de
ballongardehouder.
2. Druk nu het geheel op de
motoreenheid tot het vastklikt.
3. Plaats de ballongarde in een
(maat)beker of kom en kies de
gewenste snelheid. Druk de schakelaar voor ‘variabele snelheid’ of ‘turbo’.
Opgelet! Gebruik de ballongarde niet langer dan 2 minuten.
4. Haal na gebruik de ballongardehouder van de motoreenheid en trek daarna pas de
ballongarde uit de houder. Opgelet! Gebruik de staafmixer niet in een lege kom of
maatbeker.
SNELHEIDSREGELING
Terwijl u de schakelaar voor variabele snelheid (2)
ingedrukt houdt, kunt u met behulp van de variable
snelheidregelaar (1) de gewenste snelheid instellen.
REINIGEN
Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u het toestel
schoonmaakt. Maak de motor-eenheid schoon met een
vochtige doek. Dompel de motor-eenheid NIET onder in
water! De soepstaaf mag in warm water gewassen worden. Let op dat u zich niet snijdt
aan de mesjes.
RECEPTEN
Americain préparé. Met het hakmes hakt u 200 gram rundvlees jn. Maak een saus
van ajuin, eigeel, gehakte peterselie, harissa, een eetlepel mayonaise,
mosterd, pickels, worcestersaus en peper & zout. Voeg het gemalen
vlees eraan toe en meng kort onder de saus.
Méringue maakt u eenvoudig met de klopper. Klop vier eiwitten samen met 200
gram bloemsuiker op tot een stijve massa. Spuit die op bakpapier en
verwarm in de oven op 100°C gedurende 1,5 uur.
Heerlijke Aioli smaakt het lekkerste met de menger. Meng eerst 4 tot 8 teentjes knoook
met wat zout en een halve eetlepel citroensap. Klop hier 2 eierdooiers door
en vervolgens 3,5 dl. olijfolie en een eetlepel water.
