De vermaler. Maalt, hakt en verpulvert rauw en gekookte groenten,
fruit, bessen, gelei, gekookt vlees en bevroren fruit. Geschikt voor
babyvoeding, appelmoes, purée, deeg, maar ook fruitijs of sorbets.
De menger. Mengt en mixt milkshakes, dranken, kant-en-klare
soepen en sauzen, omeletten en pannenkoekdeeg. Voor gladde may-
onaise, crèmesoepen en purée.
De klopper. Ideaal voor het opkloppen van eiwit, crème, pudding,
magere melk, mousses en biscuitdeeg. Handig voor het pureren van
soepen en sausen.
Het hakmes. Hakt en verkleint vlees en harde groenten.
Het verwisselen van de mesjes doet u met behulp van het
bijgeleverde gereedschap. U steekt het gereedschap door één van
de openingen aan de zijkant tot juist onder het mesje. Vervolgens
‘wipt’ u het mesje voorzichtig omhoog.
Een nieuw mesje bevestigt u (voorzichtig de
messen zijn scherp!) door de uitsparing op het
mesje op de getande as te drukken.
Uw staafmixer is perfect geschikt
voor het maken van sauzen,
dipsausen, soepen, mayonaise,
milkshakes en babyvoedsel (zie
boven).
1. Zet de soepstaaf op de
motoreenheid tot die vastklikt.
2. Om de soepstaaf te verwijderen
drukt u aan beide zijden op de
knopjes om te ontgrendelen.
Grijp niet in het mes!
3. Plaats de staafmixer in een kom of maatbeker met ingrediënten en zet de de mixer
aan. Opgelet! Gebruik de staafmixer niet langer dan 1 minuut aan een stuk.
Opgelet! Gebruik de staafmixer niet in een lege kom of maatbeker.
4. Plaats de mixer steeds verticaal in de kom of maatbeker met ingrediënten (niet
schuinhouden).
