1 calabacín pequeño
1 cucharada de bayas de pimienta verde
harina
4 dl de caldo de verduras
5 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
sal y pimienta
Preparación:
1. Corte el calabacín en ristras (con un pelador de patatas).
2. Deje la cebolla namente picada a fuego lento en el aceite del wok durante
5 minutos.
3. Sazone el pollo con sal y pimienta y espolvoree con harina.
4. Retire las cebollas de la sartén y fría el pollo rápidamente.
5. Agregue la cebolla de nuevo, así como los tomates picados y las ristras de
calabacín y se deja freír brevemente.
6. Vierta el caldo de verduras y deje hervir a fuego lento durante 15 minutos
con la tapa sobre el wok.
7. Machaque las bayas de pimienta verde y deje que hiervan a fuego lento 5
minutos.
COL AL HORNO CON TOCINO Y NATA
Ingredientes:
150 g de tocino ahumado
1 cebolla
1 col de Saboya
2 cucharadas de aceite
5 dl de caldo de pollo
2 dl de nata
sal y pimienta
2 cucharadas de semillas de sésamo
Preparación:
1. Picar la cebolla y la col y cortar en tiras.
2. Caliente el aceite en el wok.
3. Cuando el aceite esté caliente fría el tocino en el wok.
4. Agregue también la cebolla y fría removiendo hasta que comience a tomar
color.
5. A continuación, agregue la col cortada y fría removiendo +/- 5 minutos.
6. Añada las semillas de sésamo.
7. Agregue el caldo de pollo, sazone con sal y pimienta y deje hervir a fuego
lento durante 5 minutos con la tapa puesta.
