Preparación:
1. Corte la carne en trozos pequeños. Pele los tomates y quite las semillas,
corte los dientes de ajo, los puerros y córtelos en aros gruesos. Corte la
albahaca en tiras nas.
2. Cuando el wok haya alcanzado la temperatura, añada el aceite y deje freír
la carne en el aceite durante 1 minuto. Agregue también los tomates y el
ajo para que se puedan freír un momento.
3. Eche 1 litro de agua y deje que hierva a fuego lento durante 15 minutos.
4. Finalmente añada los aros de puerro y déjelo freír durante 1 minuto.
5. Aderece la sopa de hierbas con un poco de vino de arroz o jerez, albahaca,
sal y pimienta.
POLLO CON VERDURAS (para 2 personas)
Ingredientes:
250 g de pechuga de pollo (cortada en cubos)
1/2 cebolla picada
1/2 pimiento rojo cortado en tiras
150 g de brócoli
150g de champiñones en tiras
1 cucharada de aceite de cacahuete
vino de arroz o jerez
posiblemente un poco de ajo
Preparación:
1. Coloque el wok a una temperatura alta y deje que se caliente.
2. Cuando el wok alcanza la temperatura puede echar el aceite.
3. Una vez que el aceite comienza a humear puede poner el pollo.
4. Déjelo freír durante 5 minutos y luego saque los cubos de pollo del wok.
5. Ahora haga lo mismo con las verduras y añada un chorrito de vino de arroz
o jerez.
6. Finalmente deje que el pollo junto con las verduras se doren.
Consejo: Los amantes de los adobos pueden por supuesto también marinar el
pollo antes de freír.
