MEXICAANSE HAMBURGERS
HAMBURGERS MEXICAINS
VOOR 2 PERSONEN I POUR 2 PERSONNES
INGRÉDIENTS
1 tomate I 1/2 jeune oignon I 1/2 c. à soupe de coriandre I 1/2 c. à soupe de jus de citron vert I
sel l poivre I sucre I 200 g de guacamole (ou guacamole maison à base d’1 avocat) I 1 petit pot
de crème aigre I 25 g de maïs I cheddar I 2 steaks hachés I 2 pains à hamburgers I éventuelle-
ment : salade, oignon et/ou jalapeños comme garniture.
PRÉPARATION
1. Coupez la tomate et le jeune oignon en petits dés, puis hachez finement la coriandre. 2. Mélangez les
tomates, le jeune oignon, la coriandre et le jus de citron vert jusqu’à l’obtention d’une salsa, puis ajoutez
une pincée de sucre et assaisonnez. 3. Préchauffez la friteuse à 180˚. 4. Faites cuire les steaks hachés
pendant 6 à 10 minutes à 180˚. Le temps de cuisson dépend également de l’épaisseur et de la taille des
steaks hachés. 5. Coupez les pains à hamburgers en 2 et posez un steak haché sur la partie inférieure de
chaque pain. 6. Couvrez le steak haché de cheddar râpé, puis de guacamole, de maïs, de salsa aux tomates
et de crème aigre. 7. Vous pouvez éventuellement utiliser la salade, les oignons et les jalapeños comme
garniture supplémentaire. 8. Placez la moitié supérieure du pain sur le steak haché et servez.
