8. Elimine el aceite de cocina usado conforme a las regulaciones vigentes en su
zona. Nunca vierta el aceite usado en el fregadero ni en el inodoro. Esto puede

RECOMENDACIONES
Sustituir aceite / grasa después:
Aceite de cacahuete: de 8 a 10 veces
Aceite vegetal: de 10 a 12 veces
Aceite de oliva: de 8 a 10 veces
Nota: Las recomendaciones anteriores son para una familia de tamaño medio y un
uso normal.
CONSEJOS CULINARIOS
1. Todo calentamiento prolongado reduce la calidad del aceite o grasa. Apague la
freidora después de cada uso.
2. Cambie a menudo el aceite o grasa, y especialmente si está oscuro o sucio, o si
empieza a hacer espuma anormalmente.
PATATAS FRITAS
1. Utilice preferiblemente patatas gruesas y no demasiado nuevas. Corte en tiras.
Enjuague las tiras bajo el chorro de agua y séquelas.
2. Fría las patatas dos veces:
Primera vez: 150-160°C: 5 a 10 minutos (dependiendo de la cantidad)
Segunda vez: 175°C: 2 a 5 minutos
3. Dejar escurrir antes de servir.
ALIMENTOS CONGELADOS
1. Los alimentos congelados enfrían mucho el aceite o grasa. No utilice porciones
demasiado grandes.
2. Agite bien la comida que va a freír sobre el fregadero para eliminar el exceso de
hielo.
3. Coloque el botón selector de temperatura a 175°C. Sumerja despacio la cesta en la
grasa de freír para evitar que borbotee.
