INGREDIËNTEN
6 scampi I 35 g bloem I 75 g broodkruim I 1 ei I tartaarsaus I peper I zout
BEREIDING
1. Pel de scampi en verwijder het darmkanaal. 2. Meng de bloem met een snuifje pe-
per en zout in een kom. 3. Klop een ei los in een tweede kom en doe het broodkruim
in een derde kom. 4. Haal de scampi achtereenvolgens door de bloem, het ei en het
broodkruim. Laat voor een beter resultaat vervolgens even rusten in de koelkast.
5. Verwarm de friteuse voor op 180˚. 6. Doe de scampi in het frituurmandje. Spray het
mandje eventueel eerst wat in met olie om aanbakken te voorkomen. 7. Bak gedu-
rende 6 minuten op 180˚. 8. Serveer de scampi met tartaarsaus als dip.

6 scampi l 35 g de farine l 75 g de chapelure l 1 oeuf l sauce tartare l poivre
l sel
PRÉPARATION
1. Pelez les scampi et retirez la veine intestinale. 2. Dans un récipient, mélangez la fa-
rine avec une pincée de sel et de poivre. 3. Battez un oeuf dans un second récipient,
puis versez la chapelure dans un troisième récipient. 4. Trempez successivement les
scampi dans la farine, l’oeuf puis la chapelure. Pour un meilleur résultat, laissez-les
ensuite un peu reposer au frigo. 5. Préchauffez la friteuse à 180˚. 6. Placez les scampi
dans le panier de la friteuse. Afin d’empêcher les scampi d’accrocher, vous pouvez
commencer par vaporiser le panier avec un peu d’huile. 7. Faites-les cuire pendant
6 minutes à 180˚. 8. Servez les scampi avec la sauce tartare en accompagnement.
