HACKBRATEN MIT GEMÜSE

Rezept: zuerst Mikrowelle, dann Grill/Mikrowelle: G1

Zutaten

1 kleiner Porree, 1 Möhre, 1 kleine rote Paprika, 500 g Mischhack, 2 Eier, 200 g

Magerquark, Pfeffer, Salz, ein Zweig frischer Majoran, 2 Blättchen Salbei.

Rezept

Den Porree und die Paprika säubern. Den Porree in Ringe schneiden. Die Paprika

halbieren und die Samen entfernen. Die Paprika in Streifen schneiden. Die Möhre

schälen und in Würfel schneiden. Alle Gemüse in eine Schale geben und bedeckt 4

Minuten bei Mikrowellenleistung 80P erwärmen.

Die Eier, den Quark, Pfeffer, Salz und die gehackten Kräuter unter das Hackﬂeisch

kneten und mit dem vorgedünsteten Gemüse mischen. Den Hackbraten in eine

Mikrowellenschale geben und mit der Kombination G1 10 Minuten lang erwärmen.
