Doe de ingrediënten in de bakvorm
en bak het brood op het GLUTEN-
FREE programma. Na de biep kan
je eventueel nog zaden of pitten
toevoegen.
Kamut heeft zijn herkomst in
het Oude Egypte en betekent
eigenlijk gewoonweg 'tarwe'. Toch
bevat kamut veel meer eiwit dan
de 'gewone' tarwe die wij hier
kennen. Bovendien is kamut beter
verteerbaar en wordt het daarom ook
beter verdragen door mensen met
spijsverteringsklachten.
Le terme « kamut » nous vient
de l'Égypte antique et signifie
simplement 'froment'. Le kamut
contient néanmoins beaucoup plus
de protéines que le froment que nous
connaissons. Il est en outre plus
facilement digéré et convient donc
mieux aux personnes souffrant de
troubles digestifs.
Mettez les ingrédients dans le moule
et cuisez le pain avec le programme
GLUTEN-FREE. Après le bip sonore,
vous pouvez encore rajouter des
graines ou pépins.
