tempo de treino, basta pressionar
“MODE”.
“DISTANCE” está a piscar: use os botões
“UP”e “DOWN” para introduzir a distância,
confirme a selecção pressionando
“MODE”. Se não quiser programar a
distância de treino, basta pressionar
“MODE”.
“CALORIES” está a piscar, use os botões
“UP”e “DOWN” para introduzir o consumo
de calorias, confirme a selecção
pressionando “MODE”. Se não quiser
programar o consumo de calorias, basta
pressionar “MODE”.
“PULSE” está a piscar: use os botões
“UP” e “DOWN” para programar a
frequência cardíaca máxima, confirme a
selecção pressionando “MODE”. Se não
quiser programar a frequência cardíaca,
basta pressionar “MODE”, o ecrã mostrará
a actual frequência cardíaca.
Começa a exercitar pressionando o botão
“ST/STOP”.
Traino no modo PROGRAM
Seleccione “PROGRAM”, use os botões
“UP” e “DOWN” para seleccionar perfil 1 a
12, confirme a selecção pressionando
“MODE”.
Volte a pressionar “MODE” e programe o
valor de referência para ‘TIME,
DISTANCE, CALORIES E PULSE”. Siga o
procedimento como descrito acima no
modo manual. No modo de programação
é impossível programar “WATT”.
Se não quiser programar nenhum valor de
referência, começa a treinar pressionando
o botão “ST/STOP”.
Treino no modo TARGET H.R.
Seleccione “TARGET H.R.”, use os botões
“UP” e “DOWN” para introduzir a sua
idade.
Pressione “MODE”, “55%” está a piscar.
Use os botões “UP” e “DOWN” para
seleccionar 55, 75, 90 ou THR. Confirme a
sua selecção pressionando “MODE”.
Se tiver seleccionar 55, 75 ou 90%, “TIME”
está a piscar: siga o procedimento acima
descrito no modo manual para programar
os valores de referência.
Se tiver seleccionado THR, “100” está a
piscar: use “UP” e “DOWN” para
programar a sua frequência cardíaca.
Confirme a sua selecção pressionando
“MODE”.
Comece a treinar pressionando o botão
“ST/STOP”.
