- Giet een betonnen fundering en plaats de grondplaat met
de verankeringshaken in de beton. Controlleer of de grond-
plaat perfect waterpas staat, en geplaatst is volgens de af-
metingen op de figuur.
Indien reeds een betonnen fundering voorzien is, bevestig
dan de grondplaat met behulp van geschikte pluggen (niet
meegeleverd) zodat de hoogte kan geregeld worden.
- Voer de kabels door één van de twee voorziene gaten in
het midden van de grondplaat.
3.3 Reductiemotor installatie
- Deblokkeer de reductiemotor en verwijder de sleutel.

Los de twee schroeven aan de voorkant en verwijder de
- Positioneer de reductiemotor op de grondplaat.
- Reductiemotor instelling:
Horizontaal door te verschuiven langs de sleuven van de
bevestigingsbeugel (max 10 mm). Verticaal met de 4 ni-
velleringsschroeven [F]
N.B.: Tijdens het verticaal instellen dient men de motor
een weinig boven de grondplaat te houden zodat er vol-
doende ruimte is om de tandlat te monteren en eventuele
latere afregelingen mogelijk te maken.

3.4 Tandlat installatie
- Deblokkeer de reductiemotor en plaats de poort in de
open stand.
Plaats de tandlat op het tandwiel [15] en bevestig zo over
gans de lengte door de poort met de hand te verplaatsen.
- Regel, na de bevestiging van de tandlat, de reductiemotor
verticaal zodat de spleet tussen het tandwiel en de tandlat
2 à 3 mm bedraagt en de spleet tussen de tandlat en de
tandlatgeleiding [17] 3 mm bedraagt (enkel Cross14).

- Zet de reductiemotor met de moeren [D] vast.
- Smeer tandlat en tandwiel lichtjes na montage.
Beweeg manueel de poort en controleer een soepele en
ongehinderde loop.
3.5 Hendel eindeloopschakelaar regeling
- Schuif manueel de poort volledig open en bevestig de
beugels van de eindeloopschakelaars [19] op de tandlat
zodat de hendel eindeloopschakelaar ongeveer 2/3 van
de beugellengte oversteekt. Herhaal deze operatie met
een volledig gesloten poort.
- Na de poort enkele malen te hebben geopend en gesloten,
dienen men de posities van de beugels van de eindeloop-
schakelaars [19] zo in te stellen dat de poort stopt op on-
geveer 20mm voor de stops bij het openen en sluiten.
