Ditec globe 7 Door will not open. When supply is switched on red led flashes for short while and stops. Green led on. I checked the motor with separate 24vsupply and it works. Transformer supply to mainboard shows 29.1vac. Could it be the encoder or mainboard? Any ideas appreciated.
