2. Siga el orden indicado en la receta para echar los ingre-

3. Meta el molde amasador al horno y seleccione el progra-

1. Sitúe la varilla amasadora en su alojamiento.

3. Mezcle con un cucharón los ingredientes manualmente
durante unos segundos.
4. Meta el molde amasador al horno y seleccione el progra-
ma AU 16.
5. Presione el botón START/STOP.
6. Al nal de la fermentación el horno se pone en pausa
(cuandolapantallaindicaquefalta1horay10minutos
paraelnaldelacocción).Saqueelmoldeamasadordel
horno y unte el glaseado sobre la masa y espolvoree toda
la supercie con el azúcar perlado. Sitúe el molde amasa-
dorenelhorno(notienequepresionarelbotónSTART/
STOP).
PREPARACIÓN DEL GLASEADO: monte las clarascon la harina de
almendras, el azúcar y mezcle bien.
