1. Siga el orden indicado en la receta para echar los ingre-
dientes en el molde amasador.
2. Mezcle con un cucharón los ingredientes manualmente
durante unos segundos.
3. Meta el molde amasador al horno y seleccione el progra-
maAU10.
4. Presione el botón START/STOP.
CONSEJO: si se quieren obtener bollos alargados (en vez de una
forma redonda), seleccione el programa semiautomático SE 6.
Al nal de la primera fermentación (después de 47 minutos),
el horno se pondrá en pausa: saque la masa del molde ama-
sador y colóquela en una supercie enharinada. Forme bollos
manualmente (con 750 g de masa se hacen dos bandejas de
pan)ysitúelosenlabandejaanteriormenterevestidaconpa-
pel de horno. Coloque todo sobre la parrilla situada en la guía
inferior, cierre la puerta y presione el botón START/STOP.
El horno empezará automáticamente la segunda fase de fer-
mentación y a continuación la cocción. Al nal de la cocción
meta el pan restante en el horno (que se había quedado fuera
del horno fermentando), programe 40 minutos con los boto-
nes y y presione de nuevo el botón START/STOP.
