CUISSON GRIL ET ALIMENTS GRATINES
Cette fonction est idéale pour griller tous les types de saucisses, steaks hachés,
côtes de porc, de veau, etc.
De plus, elle permet de dorer les aliments : gnocchi à la romaine, coquilles Saint-
Jacques gratinées, etc.
Procéder de la façon suivante:
Glisser la grille (O) au niveau supérieur (1) et la lèchefrite (N) au niveau central (2)
comme le montre la figure 1. Nous conseillons d'ajouter un verre d'eau dans la
lèchefrite (
N) pour faciliter le nettoyage et éviter la fumée produite par la graisse
qui brûle.
Mettre le bouton sélecteur fonctions (
H) sur .
Mettre le bouton thermostat (
E) sur .
Mettre le bouton de marche et minuterie (
G) sur le temps souhaité.
Préchauffer le four 5 minutes la porte entrouverte (voir figure 1).
Après quoi, introduire les aliments à griller directement sur la grille (figure 2) et
laisser la porte entrouverte (figure 3) ; ne pas oublier de retourner les aliments à
mi-cuisson.
Important : pour obtenir d'excellents résultats, placer les aliments sur la grille (O) en laissant environ 2
cm de libre près de la porte (voir figure 2).
Pour gratiner des aliments déjà cuits, poser le plat directement sur la
grille centrale (2 ) ; la porte doit rester entrouverte (figure 4). Un signal
sonore annoncera la fin de la cuisson ; si celle-ci termine avant le temps
programmé, remettre le bouton de marche et minuterie (
G) sur 0.
