Olie een ovenplaat in.

2. Meng suiker en kaneel. Rol het deeg met een deegroller tot een rechthoek uit. Bestrijk met boter en het

suiker- en kaneelmengsel. Rol de rechthoek op en snij de verkregen rol in plakken van 2,5 cm. Leg deze

plakken op de ovenplaat.

3. Dek af en laat 1 uur rijzen of totdat het volume verdubbeld is.

4. Doe in de voorverwarmde oven en bak 30 minuten op 180°C.

maatbeker olie of zachte boter

lepeltje knoflookpoeder

BOTER MET KAAS EN KRUIDEN

maatbeker halfzoete chocoladevlokken

KAASSPIJS MET FRUITMOUSSE

Mengsel:

Klop met gemiddelde snelheid totdat een zachte consistentie wordt verkregen:

250 g smeerbare kaas

maatbeker fruitjam

SPIJS MET HAM EN ZWITSERSE KAAS

Mengsel:

250 g smeerbare kaas

2 lepels ham in stukjes

1 lepel fijngehakte Zwitserse kaas

lepeltje mosterd

SPIJS MET WALNOTEN EN HONING

Mengsel:

200 g smeerbare kaas

1 lepel fijngehalte walnoten

2 lepels honing

SPIJS MET HONING EN SINAASAPPEL

Mengsel:

Klop met gemiddelde snelheid totdat een zachte consistentie wordt verkregen

250 g olie of zachte boter

2 lepels honing

2 lepeltjes geraspte sinaasappelschil
