OVEN
Met de Ovenfunctie voert het apparaat een bakcyclus uit zoals een gewone elektrische oven. Deze instelling
blijft gedurende een uur actief en kan handmatig worden bediend door op de toets START/STOP te drukken,
om de functie op elk gewenst moment te onderbreken.
Citroenpudding
60g zachte boter
175g (3/4 maatbeker) fijne suiker
2 eieren
40g (4 lepels) meel met gistpoeder
Geraspte citroenschil en het sap van 2 citroenen (ongeveer 1/3 maatbeker)
310ml melk
Werkwijze
1. Meng de boter met de suiker en de eierdooier, tot u een smeuïg deeg heeft. Voeg het meel, de gerasp-
te citroenschil en het citroensap toe. Door elkaar mengen met een plastic spatel. Giet er langzaam de
melk bij. Klop de eiwitten hard en voeg dit toe aan het citroenmengsel. Giet alles in het bakblik en
verwijder eventueel meel dat aan buiten het bakblik gemorst is.
2. Doe het bakblik in het apparaat en sluit het deksel.
3. Druk op de toets MENU om (9) OVEN te programmeren en druk op START/STOP. Serveer de pudding
warm of koud met vanille-ijs. Voor 4 porties
Risotto met champignons
1 fijngehakte ui
1 grote teen knoflook, fijngehakt
2 maatbekers Arborio-rijst
1 liter bouillon (4 maatbekers)
125 ml (1/2 maatbeker) witte wijn
250 gram (2 maatbekers) champignons, in schijfjes gesneden

maatbeker geraspte parmezaanse kaas

maatbeker peterselie, fijngehakt
Werkwijze
1. Doe de ui, de peterselie, de rijst, de bouillon, de wijn en de champignons in het bakblik.
2. Doe het bakblik in het apparaat en sluit het deksel.
3. Druk op de toets MENU om (9) OVEN te programmeren en druk op START/STOP.
Voeg de parmezaanse kaas en de peterselie toe en serveer.
