Maak de scampibrochettes.
Kook de pasta in de rijstkom
gedurende 10 en houdt ze warm.
Kook de scampi gedurende 15
in de stoomkoker.
Saffraansaus
Laat de visbouillon
tot de helft inkoken.
Voeg de verse room
en het saffraan,
zout en peper bij.
Laat de saus verdikken
op zacht vuur.
Presentatie
Leg de zwarte pasta op het bord
en nappeer met saffraansaus.
Leg de scampibrochettes
kruiselings over de pasta.

van pasta met inktvisinkt
Koken : 15 min.
Voor 4 personen :
24 scampi
250 gr zwarte pasta
met inktvisinkt
1 tomaat
1 gele citroen
Saus :
1⁄2 L visbouillon
1⁄4 L verse room
4 gr saffraan (2 dopjes)
• Peper en zout
Presentatie tip :
Garneer het bord met een partje tomaat en citroen.
