Attention
All cooking is done with the door closed.
To avoid any untimely triggering of oven steam commands on the control panel when
opening the door, the function buttons are inoperative for 10 seconds.
After a cooking cycle, the cooling fan continues to operate for a while, in order to ensure the
oven’s reliability.
•Combi-Steam cooking
- Immediate start
Changing the temperature and
percentage of steam during cooking:
- Press the °C/% button once to modify the
temperature (fig.1).
- Adjust using the + and - buttons (fig.2).
Example:185°C
- Confirm by pressing OK (fig.3).
- Press twice to change the percentage of
steam. Adjust using the + and - buttons.
- Confirm by pressing OK.
A series of beeps sounds when the oven
reaches the selected temperature.
To stop cooking, keep the button pressed
for several seconds.
- Empty the reservoir (see p.12).
