WHITE BREAD
Ingredients
700 gr. Bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
25 gr. fresh yeast
1 tablespoon honey
450 ml. lukewarm water
2 tablespoons finely ground Soya
Preparation
1. In a large pan, mix flour and salt. Blend
yeast and honey to a cream. Add 150 ml wa-
ter and work with a whisk to dissolve com-
pletely the yeast. Combine finely ground
Soya, then let the dough stand in a warm pla-
ce for 5 minutes.
2. Mix together the flour yeast and water.
Kneed to a smooth and elastic dough. Put it
in a clean pan, cover with cling film and let
it rise for 30 minutes at least
3. Briefly work again with hands, then divi-
de dough in two parts. Make two round loafs
and put them directly on the rotating-dish.
Cover again with a cling film, pierce in
several points and let them rise for 30 minu-
tes more.
