24 разделанные щеки морского чёрта
24 крупных кусочка кураги
150 мл оливкового масла
1/2 лимона, маринованного в соли
1/2 нарезанного пучка свежего кориандра
1 ч. ложка зелёной тапенады
6 веточек розмарина, очищенных от листьев
2 красные луковицы, нарезанные дольками
12 небольших лавровых листьев
Соль и молотый черный перец
Смешайте оливковое масло, целый лимон, листья кориандра и тапенаду.
• Замаринуйте щёки морского чёрта и курагу в этой смеси на 2 часа.
На каждую веточку розмарина нанижите по 5 щёк морского чёрта, чередуя их с курагой и
дольками красного лука.
• С каждой стороны нанижите по лавровому листу.
• Включите прибор и дождитесь, пока обе пластины нагреются.
Положите шпажки на пластины и обжаривайте по 3 минуты с каждой стороны.
• Во время приготовления добавьте соль и перец.
