1/2 нарезанного пучка итальянской петрушки
1 ст. ложка нарезанного цветка тимьяна
3 нарезанных зубчика чеснока
1 нарезанная головка репчатого лука
50 мл полуобезжиренного молока
3 спелых авокадо
1 ст. ложка специй для гуакамоле
2 ст. ложки густой жирной сметаны
Сок лайма
1/2 нарезанного пучка кориандра
50 мл оливкового масла
Соль и молотый черный перец
Перемешайте крабовое мясо с мукой, яйцом, перцем чили, имбирём, петрушкой, тимьяном,
чесноком и луком.
• Для получения нужной консистенции добавьте молока.
• Отложите.
• Смешайте мякоть авокадо со специями для гуакамоле, соком лайма, сметаной и кориандром.
• Добавьте соль и перец и охладите.
• Включите прибор и дождитесь, пока нагреется пластина планчи.
Смажьте пластину и выложите на неё небольшие комочки крабового фарша (объёмом с чайную
ложку).
• Обжаривайте с каждой стороны примерно по 2 минуты.
• Охладите.
• Выложите котлетки в небольшую корзинку, а гуакамоле подайте в соуснике.
• Котлетки нужно есть с небольшим количеством гуакамоле.
