Vinagreta básica
Utilice esta vinagreta como base para preparar muchas variaciones,
sustituyendo el vinagre/aceite al gusto para crear aliños interesantes.
También puede añadir otros sabores como ajo, ajo asado, chalote, hierbas
frescas o secas, tomates secados al sol, miel o jugo de limón.
Rinde aproximadamente 1 taza (235 ml)
¼ taza (60 ml) de vinagre de vino tinto
1 cucharadita de mostaza de Dijon
¼ cucharadita de sal kosher

cucharadita de pimienta negra recién molida
¾ taza (175 ml) de aceite de oliva virgen extra
1. Colocar todos los ingredientes en el vaso, en el orden indicado.
2. Licuar a velocidad 3, cerciorándose de mantener la varilla sumergida.
Procesar hasta que la mezcla empiece a espesarse. Seguir licuando
durante aproximadamente 30 segundos, usando un movimiento suave
hacia arriba y abajo, hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
3. Probar y ajustar la sazón al gusto.

1. Colocar todos los ingredientes, excepto el aceite, en el vaso. Licuar a
velocidad 5, usando el accesorio licuador.
2. Agregar la mitad del aceite de oliva y licuar a velocidad 5 para
incorporar. Agregar el resto del aceite y licuar durante aproximadamente
1 minuto adicional, hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
