3.1.1 AUFBAU
Öffnen Sie das Board, nehmen Sie das Oberteil ab und legen Sie es
für einen Moment zur Seite.
Entfernen Sie dann alle Teile, die sich im Unterteil benden.
Wenn das Unterteil leer ist, setzen Sie das Oberteil wieder darauf,
verriegeln Sie es und schon sind Sie fertig.
3.1.2 ÜBUNGEN
Stellen Sie zuerst beide Füße auf das Board und schaukeln Sie vor-
sichtig von einer Seite auf die andere.
Wenn Sie sich bei dieser Bewegung sicher fühlen, nnen Sie Ihre Arme
dazu nehmen. Steigern Sie Ihre Geschwindigkeit zu einem leichten Lauf.
Wenn Sie sich dabei sicher fühlen, können Sie Ihre Arme über dem
Kopf schwingen und somit Ihren ganzen Körper trainieren. Machen Sie
einfach weiter und probieren Sie ver schiedene Positionen aus.
ACHTUNG
Bitte führen Sie diese Übungen nur aus, wenn Ihre Sprunggelenksbe-
weglichkeit vollkommen gegeben ist.
