3.8.2 ØVELSER
Her er der nogle muligheder, til hvordan du kan anvende stretching-boar-
det, for at strække musklerne før og efter træningen:
Ved den første øvelse skal du sætte dig foran boardet.
Læg begge ben på boardet og træk hovedet ned mod knæet. Du kan
også prøve at gøre det kun med et ben.
En øvelse mere:
Stil dig med den ene fod på boardet og stræk dig bare lidt fremad.
Dermed strækker du den øverste del af låret. Hvis det føles godt, kan du
gå dybere ned.
Stil dig med det bageste ben lidt bagud og bevæg dig nedad. Bliv i
denne stilling i kort tid og skift så til det andet ben.
Hvis du vil kan du prøve følgende øvelse med det bageste ben:
Rør gulvet med knæet, derved strækkes den øverste lårmuskel endnu
mere.
Den næste øvelse strækker lægmuskelerne:
Stil dig med begge fødder på boardet og stræk ganske enkelt benene
helt igennem. Nu kan du prøve at røre tæerne for at strække bagsiden af
benene.
