Adjust handlebar

The handlebar tilt can be adjusted using the handlebar clamping screw.

The handlebar is designed to allow for various gripping positions.

Alternate your grip during training! This prevents uneven strain.

Be sure the teeth of the handlebar clamp interlock with the teeth of

the handlebar. When turning the handlebar you will feel the teeth interlo-

cking – tighten the handlebar screw very tightly!

Before any training verify the screw is tight and carefully check the

handlebar is tight.

Electrical supply

The mains cable is already built into the equipment. Unwind the mains

cable at the back of the equipment (Fig. 10a).

Please note the stop mark on the cable. Do not unwind the cable

beyond the stop mark. Insert the power plug into the socket.

Please note: only use equipment in dry rooms, connected to an

appropriate and properly installed 230V/50Hz isolated ground

receptacle. The equipment can now be switched on and oﬀ with the

main switch (Fig. 10b).

The article has an automatic cable rewind. As soon as you press the

button on the lower right enclosure the cable will rewind (Fig. 10c).

Using the Computer

Once the ergometer is switched on but the pedals are not being

used the message “Please disconnect equipment from mains” will ap-

pear. As soon as you make entries or begin exercising by pedalling the

message will disappear.
