Technique de course / Tecnica di corsa
Si vous utilisez de mauvaises chaus-
sures, vous pouvez mettre en surch-
arge vos articulations, vos tendons et
ligaments. Faites contrôler votre style
de course par des spécialistes (scienti-
fiques sportifs, entraîneurs) et faites-
vous conseiller les bonnes chaussures.
La bonne technique de course :
A Veiller à la tension de tout le corps (sur-
tout de la musculature du tronc). Ne pas
se crisper.
B Regard concentré vers l’avant, sinon la
musculature du tronc ne peut pas se
stabiliser.
C Langle entre l’avant-bras et le haut du
bras doit être environ 90°.
D Le coude engage le mouvement de
course vers l’avant.
E Ne pas se concentrer sur l’envoi de la
jambe mais sur la levée du genou vers
l’avant.
Les deux bras se balancent décontractés
et parallèlement.
Les mains ne se balancent pas derrière
l’axe du corps mais au maximum au
niveau des hanches.

causare un sovraffaticamento delle
articolazioni, dei tendini e dei lega-
menti. E’ consigliabile rivolgersi agli
esperti del settore (medici sportivi,
preparatori e trainer) per verificare
il proprio stile di corsa e per farsi
raccomandare il giusto tipo di scarpa
da corsa in vendita presso i negozi
specializzati.
La corretta tecnica di corsa:
A Fare attenzione a tendere i muscoli di
tutto il corpo (soprattutto la muscolatu-
ra del busto). Evitare comunque brusche
contratture.
B Mantenere lo sguardo concentrato in
avanti, altrimenti la muscolatura del
busto non può assumere una postura
stabile.
C Langolo fra il braccio e lavambraccio
deve essere di ca. 90°.
D Il gomito esegue un movimento di corsa
in avanti.
E Non concentrarsi sullo slancio delle
gambe ma sul sollevamento delle ginoc-
chia in avanti.
Fare oscillare le braccia mantenendole
sciolte e parallele l’una con laltra.
Le mani non devono oscillare dietro
allasse del corpo ma al massimo sulla
linea dell’anca.
