To remove or fit the chest pads unclip the buckle and remove the shoulder strap clips from the
waist strap clips and slide the chest pads on or off the straps.
WARNING: Always use the crotch strap in combination with the
waist belt.
19 - adjusting the footrest
To adjust the position of the footrest, lift or lower (a & b) the footrest whilst pressing the buttons
on both sides (c). Release the buttons when the footrest is in the required position.
20 - fitting, removing and opening the bumper bar
Fit the bumper bar by pushing each end into the seat unit mountings until the buttons lock in place (a).
To remove the bumper bar press the button (b) on each side and lift the bumper bar ends off both
mountings (c).
Before placing your child in the push chair seat, open the bumper bar to gain access. Press the
button on one side and lift the bumper bar end off the mounting. At the other end of the bumper
bar press the button on the side then swivel the bumper bar to one side (d).
Refit the bumper bar when your child is securely fastened in the seat.
21 - adjusting the seat position
The seat unit has 4 recline positions.
Squeeze the lever (a) under the seat frame at the top of the seat. Raise or lower the seat to the desired
position then release the lever.
WARNING: Never adjust the seat unit with your child in the seat.
22 - fitting the footmuff
Remove the chest pads and the crotch pad (a) by unclipping the buckle and sliding the pads off the
straps. Remove the bumper bar if fitted (See step 20).
Remove the footmuff cover by releasing the poppers (b) on each side and unfastening the zips (c).
Place the footmuff on the pushchair seat and pass the shoulders straps (d), the waist straps (e), and the
crotch strap (f) through the slots in the footmuff liner. Feed the fastener tabs through the slots in the
top of the pushchair seat (g) and fasten behind.
Refit the chest pads, crotch strap and footmuff cover. The bib of the footmuff cover can be folded over
and fastened with the poppers at the side (h). Refit the bumper bar.
Note: The footmuff liner is reversible.
23 - fitting the seat raincover
Place the raincover over the pushchair as shown. The hole at the rear top of the raincover should align
with the seat position adjuster (a).
Stretch the lower section over the footrest (b) and secure underneath (c).
Fasten the zip at the rear of the raincover to secure (d).
24 - fitting the child car seat (purchased separately)
Note: The child car seat mounting adaptors are supplied with the Ooba TS.
Fit the mounting adaptors to the mounts on each side of the pushchair chassis. Push down until the
mounting adaptors lock in place (a).
Important: The mounting adaptors are handed and can only be fitted one way. The release
buttons (b) should be facing to the front of the pushchair.
Place the child car seat on to the mounting adaptors on each side of the chassis. Push down until
the child car seat locks in place (c).
