Elección de los instrumentos de cocina adecuados 3.2
• Use únicamente instrumentos de cocina con una base adecuada para la cocina
por inducción.
Busque el símbolo de inducción en el envase o en la parte inferior de la sartén.
• Puede comprobar si sus utensilios de cocina son aptos realizando una prueba
magnética.
Mueva el imán hacia la base de la sartén. Si se atrae, la sartén es apta para la
inducción.
• Si no dispone de un imán:
1. Ponga un poco de agua en la sartén que desee comprobar.
2. Si no parpadea en la pantalla y el agua se está calentando, la sartén es
adecuada.
• No son aptos los utensilios de cocina fabricados de los siguientes materiales:
acero inoxidable puro, aluminio o cobre sin base magnética, vidrio, madera,
porcelana, cerámica y barro.
No use utensilios de cocina con bordes aserrados o una base curva.
Asegúrese de que la base de su sartén es suave, se asienta de forma plana contra el vidrio y es del mismo
tamaño que la zona de cocinado. Use sartenes cuyos diámetros sean tan grandes como el gráfico de la
zona seleccionada. Si se usa una sartén ligeramente más ancha, se usará la energía a su eficiencia
máxima. Si usa una sartén más pequeña, la eficiencia puede ser menor a la esperada. Puede que la placa
no detecte las sartenes inferiores a 140 mm. Centre siempre la sartén en la zona de cocinado.
Retire siempre las sartenes de la placa de inducción – no las deslice o pueden rallar el vidrio.
