Steking
Baketilber
Stekeformer
Bruk mørke stekeformer i metall. Stekeformer i lys aluminium
og glassformer forlenger steketiden, og kakene blir ikke så
jevnt brune. Vil du steke med bakeformer i lys metall, bruk
innsettingshøyde 1.
En brødform skal alltid settes diagonalt, og en rund stekeform
skal alltid settes på midten av risten.
Stekebrett
Vi anbefaler at du bare bruker originale stekebrett, da disse er
optimalt tilpasset ovnsrommet og driftstypene.
Skyv alltid stekebrettene forsiktig inn til de stopper. Pass på at
skråkanten på stekebrettet alltid peker mot apparatdøren.

etter deigens type og mengde og etter stekeformen.

temperaturen første gang.Generelt gir en lavere temperatur en
jevnere bruning.
