Tilbehør til bagning
Bageforme
Anvend mørke bageforme af metal. Forme af lyst metal eller
glas forlænger bagetiderne, og kagerne bliver ikke så jævnt
bagt. Hvis der benyttes forme af lyst metal, skal rille 1 benyttes.
Placer altid en firkantet form diagonalt på risten og en rund
bageform på midten af risten.
Bageplader
Vi anbefaler, at De anvender originale bageplader, fordi de er
optimalt afpasset efter ovnrummet og ovnfunktionerne.
Skyd altid bagepladerne forsigtigt ind i ovnen til anslaget. Husk,
at bagepladernes skrå kant altid skal vende mod ovndøren.
Bagetabel for grunddej
Angivelserne i tabellen er retningsgivende værdier og gælder
for bageplader af aluminium samt for mørke bageforme.
Værdierne kan variere afhængigt af dejens art og mængde og
af de anvendte bageforme.
Værdierne for brøddej gælder både for dejbageplade og for
dej i en firkantform.
Vi anbefaler at indstille den laveste af de angivne temperaturer
ved første forsøg. En lavere temperatur giver generelt en mere
ensartet bagning.
Hvis De anvender Deres egne bageopskrifter, kan De se i
tabellen, om den indeholder lignende bagværk og bruge de
pågældende værdier.
