TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem Possible cause Remedy
The device does not charge.
The vacuum cleaner is not turned on
during charging. Turn on the device.
The vacuum cleaner and base charging
contacts do not touch. Make sure that the device is fully
touching the charging contacts.
The device is stuck.
The vacuum cleaner got stuck on the wires
on the ground or it is tangled in curtains
or blankets.
The device automatically switches
to the emergency mode. If the
problem persists, the device
requires help manually.
The side brush / main brush is stuck and
the device cannot operate normally.
Clean the brushes of dirt wrapped
around them and restart the
device. If the problem persists,
please contact an authorized
service centre.
The cleaning was not finished,
low battery. The appliance has detected low battery. Charge the device.
The planned cleaning did not
start as planned.
The Start button is not on. Turn on the appliance.
The planned cleaning was cancelled. Reset and set the planned
cleaning.
The water is not flowing out from
the device after the water tank
has been installed.
There is no water in the water tank. Refill the water tank.
The outlet hole of the device is blocked. Clean the outlet hole and water
tank filter.
The device does not operate.
The device is not turned on. Turn on the appliance.
Low battery. Charge the device.
The wheels are lowered down and the cliff
sensors report a fall.

The device keeps returning.

Gently tap on the bumper and
check whether there are no
foreign objects stuck inside.
The device generates loud noise.
The filter grid is stuck. Adjust the position of the filter
grid.
The fan operates at maximum power.

set Silent mode while they are
at home and Strong mode while
they go out.
