Brush nozzle
The brush nozzle is suitable for all uneven objects, furni-
ture, lamps, pro ling strips and baseboards, window sills
etc.
Use
An auxiliary air valve is located on the handle, which you can use to reduce the
suction power if needed. Open the valve if you want to vacuum off curtains,
carpets or other lightweight, moveable objects or materials. Otherwise keep the
valve closed.
1. Pull out the length of mains cord that you need. Do not forcefully pull the cord out
up to the stop. Do not pull it out any further than to the red mark. The yellow mark
indicates the ideal cord length.
2. Connect the mains plug to a properly installed socket.
3. Press the On/Off switch to turn the vacuum cleaner on.
4. Move the nozzle over the surface you want to clean.
5. After vacuum cleaning, press the On/Off switch to turn off the vacuum cleaner.
6. Remove the power plug from the socket. Firmly hold the mains cord and push the
button to recoil the mains cord. By holding the cord, you prevent it from “whiplashing”
against body parts such as your legs.
Cleaning
PLEASE NOTE!
Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning pads to clean the
vacuum cleaner housing. They could damage the surface.
Emptying the dust bin
1. Depress the release button and at the same time, pull the dust bin out from above.
2. Hold the dust bin over an open garbage bin.
3. Push down on the dust bin fastener. The container lid will open and you can empty
the container.
4. Close the lid of the dust bin. The fastener must lock into place. Help closing the lid if
necessary by pushing the fastener up against the dust bin lid.
5. Depress and hold the release button and put the dust bin
back in the vacuum cleaner. The dust bin has been pro-
perly positioned when the release button pin (C) is located
under the bracket (D) on the vacuum cleaner housing (see
gure).
