las circunstancias en las que se produjeron estos problemas.
El calentador de aire de diseño CA-904W Clean Air Optima® se somete a rigurosos procedimientos
de prueba antes de salir de fábrica. Si dentro del plazo de dos años desde la fecha de compra,
el producto no funciona conforme a las especificaciones, por defectos de fábrica, el comprador
tiene derecho a una reparación gratuita o a la sustitución de las piezas con la presentación
de esta garantía (siempre que el defecto de funcionamiento o los daños del aparato o sus piezas
se hayan producido haciendo un uso normal del mismo). Cobertura de la garantía: todas las piezas
con defectos de materiales o mano de obra. Duración: dos años a partir de la fecha de compra.
Nuestra tarea: reparar o sustituir las piezas defectuosas.
Otras condiciones
Las disposiciones de esta garantía sustituyen a cualquier otra garantía escrita, ya sea explícita
o implícita, por escrito u oral, incluida cualquier garantía de comerciabilidad o idoneidad para
un propósito concreto. La responsabilidad máxima del fabricante no podrá sobrepasar el precio
de compra pagado por el producto. En ningún caso el fabricante podrá hacerse responsable
de daños especiales, incidentales, resultantes o indirectos. Esta garantía no cubre los defectos
resultantes del uso o mantenimiento incorrecto o poco razonable, montaje defectuoso, accidente,
catástrofes naturales, embalaje incorrecto o manipulación, alteración o modificación no autorizada,
