W okresie gwarancji usuwamy bezpłatnie wszystkie wady urządzenia, polegające

na wadach materiału lub produkcji, poprzez ich naprawę lub - według naszej

decyzji - wymianę. Z wiadczenia gwarancyjne nie powodują ani przedłużenia

okresu gwarancji, ani rozpoczęcia nowego okresu gwarancji!

Jako dowód gwarancji obowiązuje dowód zakupu. Bez tego dowodu nie może

nastąpić bezpłatna wymiana, ani bezpłatna naprawa.

W przypadku gwarancji oddać kompletne urządzenie w oryginalnym opakowaniu

wraz z paragonem do Waszego sprzedawcy.

Defekty części wyposażenia dodatkowego nie prowadzą do wymiany urządzenia,

lecz dosyłane są bezpłatnie na wymianę. W takim przypadku nie wysyłać urządzenia,

tylko zamówić wadliwą część wyposażenia dodatkowego! Uszkodzenia związane

z pęknięciem szkła są zasadniczo płatne!

Zarówno defekty wyposażenia zużywającego się lub części zużywalnych

(np. szczotki silnika, haki zgniatające, paski napędowe, zamienne sterowanie

zdalne, zamienne szczotki do zębów, brzeszczoty pił, nie podlegają gwarancji

i dlatego są płatne!

Gwarancja wygasa w przypadku obcej ingerencji.

Po gwarancji

Po upływie okresu gwarancji naprawy mogą być wykonywane przez odpowiedni

handel specjalistyczny lub serwis naprawczy płatnie.
