Herzfrequenzmonitor ist zudem mit
einem visuellen Alarm ausgestattet, der Sie darauf hinweist, wenn
Sie sich über oder unter dem Zielbereich befinden. Zwei kleine Pfeile
links in der Anzeige ( ) weisen darauf hin, ob Sie sich oberhalb oder
unterhalb des Zielbereichs befinden. Wenn Sie sich außerhalb des
Zielbereichs befinden, blinkt zudem die Herz-frequenzzahl auf der
Anzeige. Der visuelle Alarm ist automatisch und kann nicht
ausgeschaltet werden.
ZEITANZEIGE IM HERZFREQUENZ-ZIELBEREICH VISUELLER ZIELBEREICHSALARM
Nach dem Programmieren eines Herzfrequenz-Zielbereichs und
Starten der Stoppuhr können Sie die Zeitdauer im Auge behalten,
die Sie im Zielbereich verbracht haben, indem Sie auf die linke obere
Ecke der Anzeige Herzfrequenz/Tageszeit blicken. Der Speicher für
die Zeit im Herzfrequenz-Zielbereich hat eine Kapazität von 199
Minuten. Die Minuten 1-99 werden konstant angezeigt. Die
Minuten 100-199 werden nur durch die beiden letzten Ziffern
(00-99) angezeigt; zudem blinkt die Anzeige. Diese Funktion ist
automatisch und kann nicht ausgeschaltet werden.
