Step 5:
Checks
1. Check the correct installation and function of all screwed and
plug connections. Installation is thereby complete.
Put the net cable (30) into the socket of base frame and into wall
power (230V~50Hz). Put the main power switch (29) into on Po-
sition.
2. When everything is in order, familiarise yourself with the machine
at a low resistance setting and make your individual adjustments.
3. To move the machine easy to the place you need, put your
hands at the handlebar an pull towards until you can move it on
the transportation roller.
Uneven floor you can level by using the height adjustable feet of
machine.
Note:
Please keep the tool set and the instructions in a safe place as
these may be required for repairs or spare parts orders becoming
necessary later.
Step 4:
Assembly of computer (6) at support (7).
Put the computer (6) near the computer holder of support (7) and
connect the pulse cables (20) and connection cable (18) with com-
puter (6). Place the computer (6) onto the support without squeezing
the cables and secure with screws M6x10 (13).
Mainconnection:
a) Mainswitch = switches on and off the machine
b) Overload fuse = Protects teh machine für overload.
c) AC Plug for AC Connection
Step 3:
Assembly of left and right handle bar (2+3).
Insert the left handle bar (2) with bottom part into the left hand rail
tube (4) and with upper part onto the support (7) so that the holes
are align. Screw tightly the left handle bar (2) bottom part with
screws M5x15 (12), springwashers (15) and washers (9) at handrail
tube (4). Screw tightly the left handle bar upper part with screws
M8x40 (11) at support (7).
Insert the right handle bar (3) with bottom part into the right hand
rail tube (4) and with upper part onto the support (7) so that the
holes are align. Screw tightly the right handle bar (3) bottom part
with screws M5x15 (12) at right handrail tube (5).
Screw tightly the left handle bar upper part with screws M8x40 (11)
at support (7).
