Step 3:
1. Backup the support tube covers left and right (56L+56R) in
each case with screw (12).
2. Slide the computer panels left and right (61L+61R) over the
support tubes left and right (2+3) in a proper position. Place the
computer (60) with the help of a second person to the support
tubes left and right (2+3) and connect the plug of computer
cable (13) and connecting cable (73).
3. Push the computer (60) with the computer holder into the sup-
port tubes (2+3) (without a cable to pinch it) and screw the com-
puter (60) to the support tubes (2+3) by means of screws (55)
and washers (32) firmly.
4. Slide the computer panels left and right (61L+61R) in the cor-
rect position under the computer (60) and attach them using
screws (9).
Step 4:
Checks
1. Check the correct installation and function of all screwed and
plug connections.
2. When everything is in order, connect the power supply cable
(18) with wall power (220-240V~50-60Hz) and switch (30) on the
main switch below the front frame.
3. Put the safety key (62) onto the computer and the computer will
show normal manual mode. Put the safety clip (62) at your exer-
cising cloth and stand on the side rails (20). Press Start-Button
and after a Count Down the treadmill start moving.
Start walking onto the walk surface (5) when speed is slowly and
follow the speed. Familiarize yourself with the machine at a low
speed settings.
4. Run in the middle of the running surface (5), hold yourself tight at
hand gripsl if you feel insecure and don’t step on the side foot rails
(20). Only run with look at the Computer on the treadmill during
the running. In emergency case, step of the treadmill lateral and
hold on to the hand grips.
5. If you like to use an external MP3 player for example, connect
with cable (80) and computer.
Note:
Please keep the tool set and the instructions in a safe place as
these may be required for repairs or spare parts orders becoming
necessary later.
