Step 6:
Installation of the seat padding (22) on the longitudinal bar (3) with the
hexagonal bolt M6x35 (47) and the washers 6//12mm (54).
1. Place the named parts beside the machine.
2. Put one washer (54) on each screw (47).
3. Put the padding (22) on the holders of the longitudinal bar (3). Align
the threaded holes in the padding and the holes in the holders to each
other.
4. Push the screws (47) through the holes in the holders and screw into
the threaded holes in the padding (22) and tighten firmly.
Step 7:
Installation of the backrest padding (23) and the padding holders (15)
on the longitudinal bar (3) with the screws M6x35 (47), the washers
6//12mm (54).
1. Place the named parts beside the machine.
2. Push the padding holders (15) onto the shaft of the longitudinal frame
(3).
3. Put one washer (54) on each screw (47).
4. Put the padding (23) on the padding holders (15) of the longitudinal bar
(3).
5. Align the threaded holes in the padding and the holes in the holders to
each other.
6. Push the screws (47) through the holes in the holders and screw into
the threaded holes in the padding (23) and tighten firmly.
7. Finally put the incline holder (42) between the padding holders (15) and
fix with screw (68), washers (52) and nut (49). Don’t tighten too much so
that the incline holder (42) can move easy. Screw the handgrip screw
(26) into the longitudinal frame (3) so that you can tighten the incline
holder (42) into desired position.
Step 8:
Installation of the curl trestle on the curler trestle holder with the screws
M8x15mm (41) and the washers 8//16mm (53).
1. Place the curl trestle (21) with the back upwards.
2. Put one spring washer (55) and one washer (53) on each screw (41).
3. Place the plate at the end of the curl trestle holder (9) so that the holes
in the plate and in the curl trestle (21) are aligned.
4. Push the screws (41) through the holes in the plate holder and screw
into the threaded holes in the curl trestle support and tighten firmly.
5. Push the curl trestle holder into the foot (8) and secure in the desired
position by pushing in and tightening the handgrip screw (31).
(Note: The adjusted position can be changed as desired later and the
curl trestle unit can be installed or detached depending on the desired
exercise.
The leg curler (10) can also be secured and released according to the
desired exercise by pushing in or pulling out the securing clip (13)
beneath the handgrip screw (31) in the foot (8).)
