NOTE:

A. 1.When the treadmill is running ,the buttons of SELECT and

RESET/MODE will not work.

B. 2.Hold button of SPEED+ or SPEED- or INCLINE+ or INCLINE-

for 2seconds, the relevant value can be set rapidly.

C. 3.If tear the safety key or press fast-stop switch,the window will

display OFF and ﬂash.

III. OPERATION INSTRUCTION

OPERATION:

A. Turn on the power of treadmill

B. Stand on the treadmill and hold the handles by both hands.

C. Make sure the safety key is in its place.

D. Press START/STOP button to star treadmill.

E. Press SPEED+ or SPEED – to set speed.

1. Manual program operation:

STOP:

A. Decrease the speed to low

B. Pull out the safety key.

C. Turn off the power of treadmill.

Set countdown functions of time distance and

calories

Set start speed:

A. Press SELECT until SPEED ﬂash in window

B. Press SPEED+ or SPEED- to set speed from 0.8km/h to

16.0km/h.

C. Press START/STOP to run with the set speed.

COUNTDOWN FUNCTIONS:

A. Press SELECT until TIME ﬂash in window.

B. Press SPEED+ or SPEED- to set time from 5:00 to 99:00.

C. Press START/STOP to start countdown.
