Step 7:

Checks and How to start

1. Check the correct installation and function of all screwed and

plug connections.

2. When everything is in order, connect the power supply cable (27)

with wall power (230~Volts/50Hz) and switch on the main switch

(28) below the front frame.

3. Put the safety key (76) onto the computer (75) and the compu-

ter will show normal manual mode. Put the safety clip (75) at you

exercising cloth and stand on the side rails (9). Press Start-Button

and after a Count Down of 3 sec. the treadmill will start moving.

Start walking onto the walk surface (8) when speed is slowly and

follow the speed. Familiarize yourself with the machine at a low

speed settings.

4. If you like to use an external MP3 player for example, connect

with cable (85) and Computer (75)

5. The grounding wire (58) in front of the bottom frame (2) you can

use to protect static voltage. Put this cable on the ﬂoor or connect

with grounding if a static voltage is developing.

Note:

Please keep the tool set and the instructions in a safe place as

these may be required for repairs or spare parts orders becoming

necessary later.

How to move/store your treadmill:

1. Pull the locking knop (17) and place your hand on the end cap

of the system frame then folding the system frame up and lock it

with locking knob.

2. Place your hands on top of the handrails, than lean the machine

toward your body sideways, this way you can move it easily.

3. Pull out the locking knob (17) and fold down slowly the main

frame (1) to the ﬂoor and ensure that the locking knob (54) secures

this position.
