Step 2:
Assembly of support cover (75) and support (2) at the main
frame (1).
1. Place screws M8x16 (17), curved washers 8//25 (34) and spring
washers (27) accessibly beside the front part of the main frame
(1).
2. Place the lower end of the support (2) against the main frame (1)
and push the support cover (75) onto the support (2). Plug the
ends of the two computer cable harnesses (72+73) projecting
from (1+2) together.
(Note: The computer cable harness (73) projecting from the
support (2) must not slide into the tube, as it is required for later
steps of installation.) When joining the tubes, ensure that the
cable connection will not trapped.
3. Put one spring washer (27) and one curved washer (34) on
each screw (17). Push the screws (17) through the holes in the
support (2), screw into the threaded holes of the main frame (1)
and tighten lightly. (This screw connection point will screw firmly
at least in Step 3.)
Assembly Instructions
Remove all the separate parts from the packaging, lay them
on the floor and check that all are there on the basis of the
assembling steps. Please note that a number of parts have
been connected directly to the main frame and preassembled.
In addition, there are several other individual parts that have
been attached to separate units. This will make it easier and
quicker for you to assemble the equipment. Assembly time
approx. 50min.

Step 1:
Attach the front stabilizer (10) and the slideway at main frame (1).
1. Attach the front foot (10) with preassembled eccentric caps (57)
to the main frame (1). Do this with the two screws M8x95 (13),
curved washers 8//25 (34) and spring washers (27).
2. Push the axle (12) centrally into the main frame (1) and put the
slide ways left and right (3L+3R) onto the ends of axle (12). Put
the slide way connecting bar (4) between the slides ways left
and right (3L+3R) and tighten them by using screws M10x20
(18), spring washers (26) and washers 10//20 (30). Then tighten
the slide ways (3L+3R) at axle (12) by using screws M10x20 (18),
spring washers (26) and washers 10//58 (70).
3. Attach the rear end caps (58) to the slide ways left and right
(3L+3R). After assembly completed, you can compensate for
minor irregularities in the floor by turning the adjustable foot
screws (51) and eccentric caps (57). The equipment should be
set up that the equipment does not move of its own accord
during a training session.
