Assembly Instructions
Before beginning assembly, be sure to observe our recommendations
and safety instructions.
Step 1:
Installation of the front foot bar (33) and rear foot bar (36) at the main
frame (23) with carriage bolts (35+75), washers (17+64) and cap nuts
M8 (38).
1. Place screws (35) and each two fl at washers (64), two spring washers
(76) and two nuts (38) accessibly beside the front part of the main frame
(23).
2. Place screws (75) and each two curved washers (17), two spring washers
(76) and two nuts (38) accessibly beside the rear part of the main frame
(23).
3. Insert the foot bars (33+36) into the holder of the main frame (23) and
adjust, so that the hole patterns of the holder and the foot bars (33+36)
are aligned.
4. Push one screw (35 or 75) through each hole.
5. Fit the screw ends of (35 + 75) each with one washer (64 or17) and
fasten with a cap nut (38).
(Note: If the machine is placed for training on an uneven fl oor, this can
be compensated at any time by turning the rear end caps (37).
Step 2:
Connecting the computer cable harness incl. sensor (22) to the
computer cable harness (2), connection of the cable of the resistance
adjuster (21) with the resistance adjusting unit (20) and installation of
the handlebar support (11) on the main frame (23) with the roundheaded
Allen screws M8x15 (18), spring washers (76) and washers 8//20 (17).
1. Place the lower end of the handlebar support (11) against the main
frame (23). Plug the ends of the two computer cable harnesses (2) and
(22) projecting from (23) and (11) together.
2. Join the two ends of the cables (20) and (21) as indicated in the drawing
(A1-A4).
(Note: Before this step of the installation, it is advisable to adjust the
resistance setting to the highest stage, at which the cable extends
furthest from the sheath. If the factory adjusted pedal resistance range
of the machine should later be found to be too great or too small, this
can be simply adjusted as the cables. For this, loosen nut of cable (21),
turn the threaded piece correspondingly and secure the new position
with nut.
In this respect: The further is screwed into the U-piece, the greater the
resistance, and the converse.)
3. Place the handlebar support (11) in the locator provided for it in the main
fame (23).
(Note: When joining the tubes, ensure that the harness and cable
connections are not trapped.
4. Put one curved washer (17) and one spring washer (76) on each screw
(18). Push the screws through the holes in the support (11), screw into
the threaded holes of the main frame (23) and tighten fi rmly.
