Assembly Instructions
Before beginning assembly, be sure to observe our recommendations
and safety instructions.
Several items are pre-assembled.
Step 1:
Connecting the rear feet (1) to the crossframe (2) with the reinforcing
plates (59), the hexagonal bolts M10x70mm (38), the washers (52) and
the self-locking nuts M10 (49).
1. Place the rear feet (1), the crossframe (2), the screws (38), the washers
(52) and the nuts (49) accessibly.
2. Push one washer (52) onto each of the screws (38) and push from the
outside through the reinforcing plates (59) through the two rear feet
(1).
3. Join the crossframe (2) with the holes over the inserted screws so that
the longitudinal frame holder faces forwards and connect the whole
assembly by pushing on the washers (52) and lightly screwing on the
nuts (49).
4. Then tighten the previously made bolted connection fi rmly and mount
the securing clips left (60) and right (61) with the washers (54) and the
self-locking nuts (62) on the rear feet (1).
5. Slide the adjusting bar (4) into one of three different positions at rear
foot (1)
Step 2:
Connecting the front foot (8) and the crossframe (2) to the longitudinal
frame (3) with hexagonal screws (39) + (40), washers (52) and the self-
locking nuts (49).
1. Place the front foot (8), the longitudinal frame (3), the screws (40), the
washers (52) and the nuts (49) accessibly.
2. Push a washer (52) onto each screw M10x25 (40) and push these from
the front through the front foot (8).
3. Join the longitudinal frame (3) with the holes over the inserted screws
and connect by pushing on the washers (52) and loosely screwing on
the nuts (49). Then tighten the bolted connection.
4. Insert the longitudinal frame (3) in the crossframe (2) so that the last
hole but one in the longitudinal frame (3) corresponds with the last
hole in the crossframe (2). Push a washer (52) onto the screw M10x60
(39) and push through the overlapping holes. Push a washer (52) onto
the end of the screw ant screw on the nut (49) until the self-locking
part of the nut engages on the thread of the screw (39) and the folding
mechanism is not blocked.

Step 3:
Installation of the crossbar (11) with the front foot (8) and the longitudinal
frame (3) with the hexagonal screws (46) + (48), washers (53) and nuts
(50).
1. Place the crossbar (11) with the screws (46) + (48), the washers (53)
and the nuts (50) accessibly.
2. Place a washer (53) on each of the screws (46) + (48). Hold the crossbar
with the hole over the fastening point on the front foot (8) and screw
on loosely with the screw (46).
3. Align the crossbar (11) with the second hole over the fastening point
on the longitudinal frame (3) and fasten loosely with the screw (48), the
washers (53) and the nut (50).
4. Then tighten the loosely made bolted connection.
