Indicatie Een ideale manier om de spieren voor te bereiden op een fysieke
activiteit die eenmalig of onregelmatig wordt uitgevoerd. Het programma
bestaat uit sequenties die worden afgewisseld met trillingen of
samentrekkingen.
Effecten Activering van de bloedcirculatie. Voor de recuperatie van de
samentrekkende spieronderdelen. Het programma heeft een versterkend
effect.
Elektroden Afhankelijk van de te stimuleren spier volgt u de aanbevolen plaatsing
