Electricity
This model is equipped with a transformer. Connect it to the back of your sports equipment, and plug it
into the main socket.
Start-up
The computer starts automatically either when you press the button or begin to pedal. If one of the
screens functions incorrectly, check all the connections.
Rapid set-up
Press the Up/Down button to select a profile. Press the Start/Stop button to start. All of the data
concerning the time, the distance, etc. are counted upwards (the programmed values are counted
downwards). Press Start/Stop to change the programmes.
Training mode
There are 5 modes: Manual, Programme, Adipose Tissue, and User.
1. Find your programme with the Up or Down button (see top of screen).
2. Select your programme by pressing the Enter button.
Manual mode (P1)
The resistance can be changed by pressing the Up/Down button. Press Start to start the training, or
press Enter to programme the values to be attained (See Programmes).
Programme mode (P2 – P13)
The computer automatically changes the resistance during the training.
1. Find the profile of the programme by pressing the Down button (see screen).
2. Press the Enter button to select the profile (6 programme profiles are available, namely P2 to P13).
3. Press the Enter button to programme the data (See Programmes) or the Start/Stop button to start.
User Mode (P14 – P15)
You can create your own programme profile in the User mode. The values and profiles will be stored in
memory when they have been recorded.
1. Find the profile of the programme by pressing the Up or Down button (see screen).
2. Press the Enter button to select the profile.
3. Press the Up/Down button to find the desired resistance level.
