Programas predeterminados
• P1-P36 son programas predeterminados. En este caso, solamente
podrá congurar el tiempo. Utilice los botones velocidad +/- para
modicar el valor. El tiempo puede ajustarse en un rango de 5 a 99
minutos. El valor predeterminado es de 30:00 minutos. Pulse el botón
MODE para regresar a la conguración estándar.
• Después de haber congurado todo, pulse START. El display realiza
una cuenta atrás de 5 segundos y emite 5 señales acústicas. La cinta
de correr se pone en marcha lentamente y a continuación aumenta
progresivamente la velocidad hasta alcanzar el valor predeterminado
o seleccionado.
• Utilice los botones velocidad +/- o los botones de selección rápida
mientras corre para seleccionar la velocidad deseada.
• Utilice los botones de dirección mientras corre para seleccionar la
velocidad deseada.
Nota: En los programas P1-P36 la velocidad y la inclinación se dividen
en 12 segmentos. Cada segmento tiene la misma duración. La velocidad
e inclinación seleccionadas solamente estarán disponibles en el
segmento actual. 3 segundos antes de que el programa pase al siguiente
segmento, sonarán 3 señales acústicas. Cuando hayan nalizado los 12
segmentos, el motor se detiene y suena una señal.
• Mientras corre, pulse el botón START para detener la cinta. Pulse
de nuevo START para continuar con el entrenamiento. Los datos
registrados se conservan.
• Mientras corre, pulse el botón STOP para detener lentamente la cinta
y regresar al estado inicial.
