La fase di allenamento cardio viene assegnata all‘area di allenamento aerobica
o anaerobica, a seconda della quantità di energia richiesta. Tali aree sono
denite come segue:
Zona di allenamento aerobica
In questa zona si migliora il sistema cardiovascolare e si bruciano i grassi.
Nonostante il battito accelerato, la respirazione più profonda, il riscaldamento
e la lieve sudorazione, non ci si sente molto affaticati. La respirazione non è
signicativamente accelerata e pertanto non si ha affanno e si ha la sensazione
di poter sopportare lo sforzo per un tempo prolungato senza affaticarsi
troppo. È come se si camminasse in salita in modo facile e veloce.
I muscoli e il cuore lavorano più intensamente e possono ottenere la maggior
parte del fabbisogno energetico utilizzando l‘ossigeno dalla produzione
di energia aerobica. Sebbene anche la produzione di energia anaerobica
sia attiva, lo è solo in minima parte. L´acido lattico prodotto in questo
processo può essere scomposto per produrre energia. La maggior parte
dell´allenamento si dovrebbe completare nella fase di allenamento aerobico.
Se si aumenta ulteriormente l’intensità, si raggiunge un limite nel quale
l´energia aerobica non sarà più in grado di aumentare la sua produzione.
A questo punto avviene uno spostamento verso la produzione di energia
anaerobica la quale viene usata in misura maggiore. Ora si passa alla fase di
allenamento anaerobico.
Allenamento anaerobico
In questa zona si migliorano le prestazioni e la velocità. Non appena in questa
fase si aumenta di nuovo l’intensità dell´allenamento, il movimento diventa
notevolmente più faticoso a causa del crescente livello di lattato. Si comincia
a sudare maggiormente, la respirazione diventa più veloce e dopo un po´ di
tempo, in base alla propria forma sica, i muscoli sono affaticati, ci si sente
esausti e non si riesce ad andare avanti a questo livello.

    • I have the same issue and trying to get some answer for Capital Sports...using this device in this way is very iritating...ther must be some way to disable bluetooth signal since I really don't need it... Answered on 1-2-2023 at 10:57

    • I find the solution by myself :-(.
      On your phone (I have Android) download Kinomap application, connect with application to treadmill and than you can controll treadmill with you phone.

      I woulld expect this kind of answer form support, but like already said...support.... unfortunately....First and last device from Capital sports :-( Answered on 5-2-2023 at 09:36

  • The treadmill shows a bluetooth sign on the screen and stops, this happens randomly e.g. once per hour. After few seconds it returns the defined settings (distance, time...) back to the starting point - 0. Any ideas of the reason for this? Thanks! Submitted on 19-9-2021 at 08:02
